There are two tweed formats. Both formats have the following in
common:
- The books are 7-5/8" x 5-1/4"
- The covers are a red, pinkish or brownish rectangular woven
textured composition binding.
- On the spine is a zigzag pattern with the title of the voulme, the
author's name (John Blaine) and the publisher, Grosset & Dunlap.
- The cover of the book has the title of the book at the top, a
lightning bolt in a circle with the wording "A Rick Brant Electronic
Adventure" and the author's name at the bottom.
- The endpapers are a slate blue on white paper showing Spindrift
Island off the coast of New Jersey
- The frontispiece is a black line drawing on white paper.
- The dustjackets are white-coated paper with a different
illustration for each volume.
